Olga Preobrajenska ( Preobrazhenskaya) is a portrait by the Russian artist Victor Stember.
Olga Preobrajenska was born in St. Petersburg in 1871 and died at age 91 in Paris. Despite being short and stocky, she became an acclaimed Prima Ballerina and performed all over the world.
She began teaching in St. Petersburg in 1914 and emigrated in 1921 following the Russian Revolution.
