Spaniard is a 1894 portrait by the Russian artist Victor Stember.
This lovely lady from Spain portrait was displayed at the artists 25th Anniversary celebration in St. Petersburg in 1913. Stember made many visits abroad during his career and it is presumed that this painting was done on one of these visits.
Stember's signature can be seen in the upper left corner.
