Mr. Alexander Naumov is a 1910 portrait by the Russian artist Victor Stember.
Portrait of Minister of Agriculture: Alexander Naumoff (Naumov). Naumov was born in Simbirsk in 1968 and died in 1950 in Nice. He was a Russian Politician before the revolution and served in many positions including Member of the State Council, Marshal of Nobility of Stavropol Uezd, Chairman of the Zemstvo board of Samara Gubernia, etc.
