Mr. Vladimirov is a 1906 portrait by the Russian artist Victor Stember.
Photograph #14 on this site shows the painting in 1913 at Stember's 25th Jubilee Celebration in St. Petersburg. A black and white photo of this large painting was taken by Stember and this painting also appeared in a Russian magazine. Nothing is known of the magazine or the subject of the article however.
The artists Mother in law's maiden name was Vladimimirov. There might be an assumption that this is a family member, however there is nothing in writing to substantiate this.
