Man With Glasses is a portrait by the Russian artist Victor Stember.
This is another '10 Minute Sketch' although it is done in oil. Stember considers these types as sketches because they were not finished in detail and he did not sign them. This one can be seen hanging on the wall of his studio however on this site in photo # 11 in 1905.
