A Spanish Girl is a 1911 portrait by the Russian artist Victor Stember.
The family has a large photograph (8x11.5) in black and white of the painting and the artists daughter wrote on the back that this is 'A Spanish Girl' painted in St. Petersburg in 1911. Stember's signature is in the lower right.
